One of the biggest health challenges we face today is lifestyle disorders. With advancements in technology, improved living standards, and easier access to comfort, our daily habits have changed drastically. While modernization has made life convenient, it has also led to an increase in diseases linked to the way we live. I see this every day—people struggling with issues that can largely be prevented by making better choices.
What Causes Lifestyle Disorders?
Lifestyle disorders develop because of the choices we make. A sedentary routine, poor diet, and stress are major contributors. With long working hours, fast food becoming a norm, and constant exposure to digital screens, we are unknowingly harming our health.
