What is the 7 day replacement Guarantee?
All products sold at Nutriorg.com are covered under our 7 Day Replacement Guarantee. In case there are any fitting issues, damages, defects or any other problem, notify us within 15 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you.
In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact Customer Service via email at email@example.com or phone at 998343233, fill the return form on our website, within 7 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part will be recalled and our quality team will check the issue.
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee:
• Any product that has been used
• Any product that has been seal is broken
• Any product not in its original condition
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
• Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
How do I cancel an order on Nutriorg.com?
Cancellation before the product is delivered:
• In case the prepaid order is cancelled before it is dispatched, we will refund the entire amount.
Cancellation after the product is either dispatched or delivered:
• In case you have received the product, it will be eligible for a replacement if it is defective or is incorrect. Please refer 15 Day Replacement Guarantee for further details.
What is the procedure to return a product to Nutriorg?
In order to initiate a return, contact Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 9119105555 or fill the return form on our website, within 15 days from the date of delivery. Our customer service representative will help you with the process.
• Please include the original contents, certificates, and any additional material sent with the shipment and ensure that the packet is properly sealed.
How will I be refunded for the return?
Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s). If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account. Otherwise, the refunded amount will be credited back to your Nutriorg account in a form of Gift Voucher or a cheque of equivalent amount will be sent to you upon request.
How will I be refunded for the return?
We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Estimated delivery date depends on the following factors:
1. The location of the brand offering the product
2. The pincode to which you want to ship the order you can check the expected delivery date of your order(s) at https://nutriorg.in/my/account/orders/ section of your
Nutriorg account on the Website/App/Mobile site
Why can't I track my order even though it has been shipped?
Courier services usually take up to 24 hours to activate tracking for an order once it’s been shipped. Please check again after the mentioned time.
Can I get my orders delivered at a specific time?
Please coordinate with the courier executive delivering your order to see if this is possible. Delivering at a specific time may not always be an option from courier services due to their schedules.
I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?
If you aren’t present when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, they will try to contact you. Two additional attempts will be made on consecutive days, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre and your account will be refunded for the order amount. In case your order comes back to our fulfilment centre, you can request for it to be re-dispatched depending on the availability.
What are the shipping charges?
You can check your shipping fee in the Order Summary section of the Cart page. You will also be notified, on the Cart page, of the minimum order value above which you can get free shipping.
Do you deliver internationally?
Unfortunately, we only deliver within India but we do accept most international credit cards. Here is the list of the cards:-

I had ordered on COD. But I want to pay using Debit/Credit/Netbanking now.
How can I do this?
We currently don’t support online payments for orders placed with Cash on Delivery payment option. You have to cancel your COD order before it is shipped and have to place new a prepaid order.
The courier company has taken my order back to your fulfillment centre. How do I get it back?
